7. Purchase of Digital Goods
7.1 Digital Products
Some Products available for purchase on the Site are digital goods, such as VIP membership, game currency or items, and other products. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product that can only be accessed on your account.
7.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the Site are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase, and you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions.
7.3 Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation and the product will automatically be applied to your account.. Please ensure that your email address is correct and that you can receive emails from us. Delivery is deemed complete once the Product is applied to your account.
7.4 Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a Product has been purchased and delivered. However, if you encounter any issues with your Product, please contact us at contact@orderxgames.com, and we will assist you.
8. Purchase of Merchandise Goods

If you are not happy with your Merchandise, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, provided the Merchandise is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
